Responsibility
drive increased demand for our brands, through hands-on performance and brand marketing across owned channels, aggregator channels and paid channels
alongside the Delivery Commercial & Strategy Manager, monitor and measure the commercial performance of all marketing activity
stay well-informed of profitability measures by brand to ensure marketing activity remains cost effective
formulate a comprehensive and commercially sound brand marketing strategy that will engage our customers and enable us to attract / retain customers
carefully deploying marketing activity within budget parameters, monitoring spend and course correcting as and when opportunity arises
create a detailed marketing and promotions calendar / plan across all brands and channels to delivery this
including, close partnership with dine-in marketing team, aggregators and 3rd parties to find / create opportunities within their promotional campaigns to maximise brand exposure
lead discussions with key account managers at aggregator partners around these topics, drawing out insight and iterating plans where necessary
Requirements
degree level qualification or equivalent in business studies, marketing or other relevant field
proven ability to develop brand & marketing strategies and communicate recommendations
confident performance marketeer, able to learn from trial to iterate marketing plans
experience of developing brands from scratch and / or a portfolio of brands
understanding of the delivery food market desirable
A commercial operator with an ability to manage a budget
creative and an ability to originate innovative ideas
2+ years brand marketing experience
