- using our stocking and CRM system to raise and monitor all service orders and despatching them when complete
- using our stocking and CRM systems to raise and manage service assets
- managing & pursuing all service opportunities such as contract sales, service parts orders etc
- managing provision of service contract entitlements
- keeping warranty log / returns log / FOC log up to date with service input
- providing travel / subsistence quotations for out-sourced installations and service work, plus associated order entry
Education
