Responsibility

  • professionally address queries from suppliers via email and telephone
  • proper coding of supplier invoices
  • inform stakeholders of pass-through charges for billing
  • verify charge amounts against agreed supplier tariffs
  • verify charge types are accurate and match against the work performed as recorded in Maestro
  • secure credit notes from suppliers for overcharges
  • use sound cost accounting procedures to accurately allocate costs to shipments
  • liaise with operations and other Marken offices as needed

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant AP experience a must
  • logistics industry experience preferable, specialist courier experience desirable
  • experience in healthcare or related industry a plus
  • highly organized and professional with excellent communication skills
  • must have a desire to learn, work independently, and possess strong problem-solving skill
