senior electronics engineer
Responsibility
- you will be responsible for developing analog and digital circuitry as well as managing the interfaces to external equipment
- markem-Imaje is a trusted world manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions, offering a full line of reliable and innovative inkjet, thermal transfer, laser, print and apply label systems
- markem-Imaje delivers fully integrated solutions that enable product quality and safety, regulatory and retailer compliance, better product recalls and improved manufacturing processes
- as Electronics Engineer you'll be a key part of the engineering team responsible for developing best in class solutions for marking and coding equipment
- specific and design the electrical components, cabling, and external system interfaces
- work closely with the Reliability and Compliance team to ensure the products meet the required standards
Requirements
- at least 5 years of professional experience in electronics/electrical development
- minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering discipline
- strong technical skills in digital, embedded CPU, basic analog and interface board design
- solid understanding of Design for Manufacturing & Assembly
- experience of real time embedded systems and/or electro-mechanical systems is a plus
- familiarity with Altium PCB design software, JIRA or ARM processors would be beneficial
- experience with FGPA’s and VHDL would be desirable but not essential
