Responsibility
- assisting our customers with day-to-day technical support issues
- providing client-facing technical consultancy services
- providing client-facing technical services
- assisting with I.T sales and client projects
- due to exciting company growth, we are seeking a 2nd Line IT Technical Support Engineer to join our busy technical support team
- the ideal candidate has prior experience in the I.T services industry coupled with the ability to quickly develop technical knowledge while exhibiting strong customer-facing skills
- this role offers the successful candidate a mid-level position within our established I.T. management consultancy, with the potential to internally progress through the ranks of the business
Requirements
- eligibility to work in the UK
- to work cohesively and efficiently as part of a team of I.T. professionals
- willingness to be DBS checked upon employment
- strong customer-facing skills
- occasionally being available for out-of-hours work
- professional telephone manner
- strong written and spoken communication skills, conveying ideas effectively
