Job position
- sales administrator
Responsibility
- checking Portal orders received from ECO to ensure completeness
- placing Portal orders with vendors, whilst ensuring appropriate approvals are in place
- monitoring Portal orders and communicating with vendors to ensure on time delivery
- preparing commercial paperwork and advising freight forwarders when Portal orders are ready to collect
- ensuring Portal order statuses are kept up to date within our ERP system
- point of contact for ECO for Portal orders
- working with other MPL departments to resolve any issues encountered with Portal orders
- daily administration of the logistic processes, ensuring on-time, cost effective delivery to ECO
Requirements
- good IT skills and experience using Microsoft software
- excellent attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- good interpersonal skills
- excellent organisational skills
