Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering service, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- lead, train, and manage multiple teams of chefs, kitchen staff, and service personnel
- maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
- manage budgets, inventory, and ordering of supplies to meet cost control goals
- continuously innovate and update menu offerings, keeping up with food trends, allergens and customer feedback
- handle client inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- report on performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and develop strategies for future business growth
- supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
