Responsibility
- use the company CRM to outbound call pre-vetted prospects
- develop relations with potential customers and identify key personnel within each organisation
- you’ll use the in-house company CRM to make notes for the business development executives to follow up on
- being confident on the phone and having good written communication skills are a must
- assisting data research and business development executives on either side of the sales pipeline as required
- we approach each call as if it is the first of the day, and a resilient can-do attitude is required
- professionally answering in-bound calls and inputting orders to the company CRM system
- marimba World Chocolate is a growing business encompassing chocolate, tea and coffee. At the premium end of the market, Marimba supply high end restaurants, cafes and hotels with a range of catering supplies
Requirements
- experience in outbound calling is essential
- computer literate and able to adapt to use bespoke CRM and database software
