- perform hair threading, nail care, and makeup application as needed
- assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries
- mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on technique and customer service
- perform eyelash extensions for interested clients
Requirements
- proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or similar role
- proficiency in retail math for upselling salon products
- strong knowledge of hair threading techniques
- ability to perform nail care services
- excellent retail sales skills to promote salon products
- familiarity with front desk duties in a salon setting
- experience in mentoring and training junior stylists
- knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques
