Responsibility
- participate in financial planning for the business, analyse and report on the achievement of financial objectives and targets
- partnering with key personnel to understand primary cost & revenue drivers and variances
- detailed analysis of monthly financials for vessels, budgets, expenditure, variances, Non-Conformance Report’s
- responsible for presenting analysis of results and making suggestions for cost control measures
- prepare month end reporting for Directors
- monitor contracts and ensure that all customer invoices/credit notes/ contract variations are raised logged in an accurate and timely fashion
- provide managers with an overview of credit card expenditure and highlight transactions that should have followed the procurement process
- create financial awareness in the business and support operational and commercial colleagues to understand costs and to provide both challenge and support to project and financial forecasts and budgets
