- you will be responsible for the pricing of tender documentation, across a varied portfolio of projects and procurement routes
- prepare/organise/distribute weekly update reports
- examine tender documents and prepare a report
- appraisal of ITT documentation to identify key risks and opportunities
- you will be joining a long-established Main Contractor who completes high-quality fit-out projects across the southeast within the healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors
- develop & Maintain Risk & Opportunity Register for individual bids
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in an Estimating environment
- knowledge of building and construction techniques and methodology essential
- able to work independently and manage own workload but also work effectively as part of a team
- able to work well under pressure and to tight timescales
