  • the role will be site based with occasional working from the head office at Welwyn Garden City
  • salary is negotiable dependent on relevant experience and qualifications
  • ensuring project folders are updated with the correct information
  • reviewing of contract documents to ensure that the company is protected at all times
  • organising, attending and recording start-up / progress meetings with all Subcontractors and key suppliers ensuring that deliverables conform to the requirements of the Main Contract and specification in conjunction with the relevant Project Manager/Surveyors
