Responsibility

  • process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
  • dealing with supplier queries
  • prepayment processing and reconciliations
  • monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
  • processing credit card expenses
  • leading in resolving any issues with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts, working collaboratively with departments to ensure correct sign off and procedures are followed
