- schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of site operatives
- ensuring the work is being done to specifications and on time
- carry out and record site inspections
- ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements
- conduct toolbox talks/briefings
- keep line managers informed of issues on site
- ensure site operatives complete all required documentation
- track and document daily work productions
Requirements
- valid SMSTS Certificate
- valid First Aid at Work Certificate
- knowledge of building and construction
- excellent time management and leadership skills
- minimum of 5 years construction experience
- experience working on new build projects
- site Management experience
- experience in the management of Health and Safety
