Responsibility

  • reporting to Finance Manager
  • managing daily banking reconciliation for assigned entities
  • using cash management, to reconcile bank statements accurately
  • ensure all bank accounts are fully reconciled and banking schedules are completed prior to the agreed deadline for each period close
  • record fixed asset acquisitions
  • ensure AP/AR subledgers are reconciled
  • prepare month-end reporting for all bank accounts
  • record prepaid expenses
