Responsibility
- reporting to Finance Manager
- managing daily banking reconciliation for assigned entities
- using cash management, to reconcile bank statements accurately
- ensure all bank accounts are fully reconciled and banking schedules are completed prior to the agreed deadline for each period close
- record fixed asset acquisitions
- ensure AP/AR subledgers are reconciled
- prepare month-end reporting for all bank accounts
- record prepaid expenses
