  • processing invoices and purchase invoices and entering details into Sage 50
  • recording weekly hours & submitting payroll information to the accountant
  • filing compliance records, including HACCP, Health & Safety and Employee Information
  • updating daily operational schedules
  • ensure factory manager has all necessary employee information, PPE and rotas
  • ensure production boards are updated daily
  • manage order & repair requests, including contacting contractors
  • office experience: 2 years
