  • we have an exciting opportunity for a Sommelier to join the opening of La Bibliotheque, situated between Shoreditch and Dalston
  • our Sommelier will play a crucial role in elevating the F&B offerings at La Bibliotheque and are looking for candidates who
  • \* Ideally hold WSET L2 qualification or equivalent
  • \* Are knowledgeable in sake
  • \* Have experience with creating wine pairings
  • \* Are confident in training, developing, and passing on wine knowledge to the whole front of house team
  • \* Have previous experience working in a high end / Michelin Star environment
  • \* Pride themselves on having a great understanding of wine and guests, recommending and selling wines to our guests that will complement their tastes and meal, creating a memorable guest experience
