  • overseeing that all food going out is cooked to only a high quality and standard
  • support the training and development of the team. Oversee stock control and ordering of produce
  • bring to the head chefs attention any issues arising with the food
  • promote food safety to other team members, sticking to strict government regulations at all times
  • be willing to help with menu development
