MANZOKU is looking for employees for positions:

- leading the team through set ups ready for opening at 12pm
- overseeing the clean down and ensuring it is done to a high standard and adhering to a haccp plan
- closing down of the store
- overseeing that all food going out is cooked to only a high quality and standard
- support the training and development of the team. Oversee stock control and ordering of produce
- bring to the head chefs attention any issues arising with the food
- promote food safety to other team members, sticking to strict government regulations at all times
- be willing to help with menu development
