Responsibility

  • assist the Head of Group Finance
  • assist in the month end process
  • ensure accuracy of the balance sheet and take responsibility for preparing the balance sheet reconciliations
  • as a Management Account, you will be primarily responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the Finance department
  • you will be responsible for the company’s accounts to Trial Balance including all accruals, prepayments and manual journal postings
  • prepare and review monthly accruals and prepayments in line with month end deadlines
  • maintain Fixed Asset register and reconcile fixed asset register against balance sheet
  • maintain Prepayments spreadsheet and ensure accurate completion each month including additions
