Requirements

  • diploma/NVQ Level 3 minimum in Health and Social Care
  • experienced in Medication Management and Person Centred Care Planning
  • good knowledge of CQC and current care legislations including safeguarding, DOLs etc
  • at least One Year's Supervisory experience in a care home
  • satisfactory Enhanced DBS record check to be completed
  • dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate about the delivery of excellent care
  • strong communication and ability to manage and motivate staff
