- issue quotes and respond to general customer enquiries
- arrange shipping and despatch products to distributors worldwide, while providing the documentation required for customs clearance

- manage sea freight and air freight shipments effectively working with the Customer and the Dispatch teams
- hours of work: Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Requirements
- as a Customer Service Administrator you willcarry out efficient and effective administration on a daily basis for the Export and DIY Retail customer orders using the internal Volution ERP system and online customer portals in a timely and accurate manner
