Working hours

Responsibility

  • to manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel
  • manage the front of house reception operation, including the bar and restaurant areas
  • be flexible in your approach to all elements of the role and complete additional duties as necessary
  • we are looking for an efficient, well organised, and friendly person who has excellent people management skills and all-round experience in a similar role of hotel reception and duty manager to help lead a small, friendly and loyal team
  • have a good understanding of room rates and booking systems
  • this would be an ideal position for someone looking for part-time work, approximately 16 hours a week to cover our full-time managers holidays and days off
  • have a down to earth approach yet also work with integrity and respect
  • manage the team on a daily basis with a hands-on approach · Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail is essential
