to manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel
manage the front of house reception operation, including the bar and restaurant areas
be flexible in your approach to all elements of the role and complete additional duties as necessary
we are looking for an efficient, well organised, and friendly person who has excellent people management skills and all-round experience in a similar role of hotel reception and duty manager to help lead a small, friendly and loyal team
have a good understanding of room rates and booking systems
this would be an ideal position for someone looking for part-time work, approximately 16 hours a week to cover our full-time managers holidays and days off
have a down to earth approach yet also work with integrity and respect
manage the team on a daily basis with a hands-on approach · Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail is essential
