- oversee and manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and recipes

- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role preferred but not essential
- good knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to work well under pressure at times , speak with resident's and understanding some dietary needs
- attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
