  • taking Food & Drink Orders
  • checking back on guests to make sure customers are satisfied
  • ensure all tables are cleared and re-set correctly for next service the following day
  • maintain Cleanliness of the Breakfast room & Tea/coffee room
  • perform all duties related to cleaning down after shift
  • deliver Excellent customer Service
