Responsibility

  • ➢ Assisting fee earners with the daily running of their cases
  • ➢ Preparing legal documents and court bundles
  • ➢ Legal research
  • ➢ Providing legal information to clients
  • ➢ Liaising with Courts, experts and other third parties
  • position: Paralegal
  • ➢ Managing diaries and organising remote / in person appointments
  • location: Chester City Centre

Requirements

  • paralegal
  • ➢ Successful completion of the Legal Practice Course
  • ➢ Knowledge or interest in Commercial Litigation and/or Media Law would be advantageous
  • ➢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ➢ Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients
  • ➢ Ability to speed type for the purpose of dictation and turning tasks around quickly to meet deadlines
  • ➢ Positive attitude and proven team player who can support both the fee earners and our office administrator when required
  • ➢ Willingness to attend training courses as required to improve skills and remain compliant in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority
