Requirements
- minimum Batchelor’s Degree and relevant work experience
- RICS registered Valuer with strong technical valuation skills and knowledge of valuation techniques
- must be able to secure, maintain and develop strong local client relationships
- should execute valuations efficiently to consistent, exacting, high, standards within deadlines
- must have an understanding of KEL, Argus Capitalisation and Developer software
- MRICS or FRICS Qualified
- this role will involve travel, need to be able to get into the office in Birmingham twice a week and travel within 2 hours of their home
Responsibility
- the Senior Surveyor work closely with the Area Director and other regional team members to develop, grow and advance the company’s valuation offering in a specified regional area , whilst meeting and exceeding current client requirements
- this is to be achieved by the Senior Surveyor through first class valuation execution, meeting predetermined financial targets and contributing positively to business development and the wider valuation division
- in delivering this, the Senior Surveyor will be actively contributing to the company’s primary objective which is to be “a successful national property consultancy offering a full range of professional property solutions from a network of offices across the UK.”
