you will have experience of using a range of machinery and hand tools and have strong assembly/fitting skills

Responsibility
act as initial point of contact for customer
provide support to project team
resolution of Engineering, Quality and any other issues
proactively work with supply chain to ensure targets are met
support identification of issue root-cause to drive and ensure countermeasure
appropriate escalation of issues when outside of own control/influence
ensure effective and topical communication of project/account status
