Responsibility

  • carry out apartment turnarounds involving painting, decorating and general repairs
  • ensure that bins are rotated to prevent overfilling
  • ensure that the bins are presented and returned to their correct location before and after council collection
  • ensure that refuse areas are checked daily and kept clean and clear
  • carry out occasional litter pick of all internal buildings and external grounds
  • report any maintenance identified whilst on duty
  • respond promptly to tenant requests and as assigned by the Head of Building Services, carry out corrective and preventative day to day maintenance
  • carry out daily/weekly maintenance checks on all plant/equipment and log accordingly onto the maintenance records

Responsibility

  • with over 1000 homes for Rent in Ancoats and New Islington
  • you will complete pre and post inspections of reported maintenance requests and completed jobs

  • working as part of the Manchester Life team and reporting to the Head of property services you will contribute towards providing a first-class tenant experience delivering a customer focused repairs and maintenance service
