Responsibility

  • day-to-day liaison and engagement with candidates and hiring managers to establish and determine assessment/interview availability and other key data points to ensure that recruitment campaigns move along efficiently
  • conduct assessments professionally, recording and interpreting results and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers
  • carry out initial shortlisting of applications/CV’s and conduct telephone screening as and when required
  • arrange interview/assessments/recruitment events including booking venue/rooms, arranging appropriate resource and all materials required
