Responsibility
- assist the shop manager in overseeing daily operations of the shop
- ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- manage inventory and stock levels
- coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
- train and supervise staff members

- handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements
- previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of bartending, hotel, catering, coffee, food production, and banquet operations is a plus
- strong leadership and communication skills
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
