Responsibility

  • supervising production/warehouse staff and the production/warehouse environment to meet KPI’s
  • to Take a proactive and leading role in identifying and meeting production and performance targets in line with KPI’s
  • creating and executing daily, weekly and monthly production schedules
  • improve efficiencies, reduce expenses and waste across the production and warehouse operations
  • identify and implement efficient and effective working practices
  • maintain and manage a safe, healthy and hygienic working environment for everyone
  • effectively implement all relevant company procedures and policies
  • undertake and manage regular employee performance reviews in line with KPI’s
