Responsibility
- develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity of operations of the newly set up food business
- monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- oversee and coordinate the activities of the operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other partners
- ensure compliance with all relevant UK regulations and laws
- develop and manage budgets for operations and ensure that expenses are kept within budget
- continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- act as a liaison between different departments and ensure that communication is effective and efficient
