Responsibility
- be able to work as part of a team and support each other

- taking orders and working alongside the team to serve food in good time
- steaming & cooking dumplings according to set cooking times
- be confident and able to run a section smoothly
- preparing and handling other food on the menu
- keeping food preparation, dining areas and all utensils clean following cleaning procedures
- ensure all Food Hygiene and Safety guidelines are followed - tailored training will be provided
Requirements
- prior experience in a cook/chef role is preferable but more importantly someone who wants to learn & develop
- level 2 food safety and hygiene certificate is preferable but we we can provide necessary training
- cooking: 1 year
- can work to a high standard of health and safety proceduresStart date: ASAP
