Responsibility
- develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising
- manage and optimise our HubSpot account, including data management, lead tracking, lead nurturing, and reporting
- develop and implement automated email campaigns using HubSpot

- manage the company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity
- work with our PPC specialist to develop and implement PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and budget management
- optimise website content and structure to improve SEO performance and increase organic traffic
- analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics to the marketing and sales teams
- stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines
- project management experience, ideally with experience in overseeing website build from start to finish, ensuring that projects are finished on time and within budget
- overseeing social media content and strategy. Working with colleagues across business execution of this
- whilst this role has a digital focus, carrying out general marketing activity will also be required
- experience in web development preferred but not essential
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, web design or a related field
- expertise in HubSpot, website management, PPC, and SEO
- experience in managing social media campaigns and content across a range of different platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
