Responsibility
- to ensure specification sheet is always followed
- to ensure all bottling is conducted in accordance with company hygiene requirements
- to feed all line equipment magazines, excluding filling machines, with required materials including shrink film and labels
- within this role you will be responsible for the preparation, bottling, packaging and handling of a range of dry goods, finished goods and bulk liquids, using company approved standard operating procedures, whilst abiding with all relevant company policies for health & safety, hygiene and quality to ensure that these products comply with the agreed specification and are prepared in time to satisfy the production programme
- to have knowledge of all operating screens/controls
- to participate in line equipment changes as required
- to identify and rectify basic faults on multi-wrapper, handle applicator, tray-packer, board-wrappers and associated labellers and conveyors
- to be aware of products to be run at the start of each shift and ensure the correct labels are available
