to ensure specification sheet is always followed
to ensure all bottling is conducted in accordance with company hygiene requirements
to feed all line equipment magazines, excluding filling machines, with required materials including shrink film and labels
within this role you will be responsible for the preparation, bottling, packaging and handling of a range of dry goods, finished goods and bulk liquids, using company approved standard operating procedures, whilst abiding with all relevant company policies for health & safety, hygiene and quality to ensure that these products comply with the agreed specification and are prepared in time to satisfy the production programme
to have knowledge of all operating screens/controls
to participate in line equipment changes as required
to identify and rectify basic faults on multi-wrapper, handle applicator, tray-packer, board-wrappers and associated labellers and conveyors
to be aware of products to be run at the start of each shift and ensure the correct labels are available

to pick and pack orders where necessary
to load and offload lorries using a forklift truck
to prepare pallets for various destinations
to assist in the maintenance and control of the delivery yard
to ensure all warehousing is conducted in accordance with company hygiene requirements
