- we are a leading Commercialisation management company, working for shopping centre owners and property managers throughout the UK and Europe
- this is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic sales management professional that has had experience working to financial targets
- ensure SJQ is always at the forefront of innovative ideas and opportunities
- commercialisation refers to all the activities and revenue streams that fall outside of standard in-line shop units in Shopping Malls, such as short and long-term in- mall retailing, temporary Brand promotions, tactical events, digital and standard advertising formats, vending, sponsorship and other initiatives that enhance the general shopping experience and bring in additional revenues
- this role will involve sourcing and implementing high quality mall retail kiosks for St James, Edinburgh and will be based on site at St James Edinburgh for 12 months maternity leave
- create bespoke proposals and case studies for target brands & agencies
- the essential core competencies for this role are strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude, coupled with a sound commercial acumen
- work with the Retail and Commercial Director to contribute to the development and delivery of the commercialisation strategy to secure commercialisation income in line with the business plan and opportunities that arise
