• be responsible for supporting and developing the team
• ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained
• help co-ordinate back of house team with the front of house
• assistance with monthly stock compliance audits
• provide the social media team with content & ideas
• making sure that every shift includes accurate cash-ups and safe checks
• safety is also a top priority and you’ll work hard to make sure both staff and customers are in a safe environment, effectively using Trail for compliance/maintenance daily
