- coordinate with the Education Team, Subject Matter Experts, Producers, and Clients to maintain a current script calendar and archives
- makematic is committed to making educational media better
- distribute pre-production drafts, episode cheat sheets, and scripts to internal and external parties promptly
- verify the accuracy and timeliness of script material in consultation with the Script Editor
- proofread script amendments and production memos, flagging errors to the Script Editor

Requirements
- interest in media production and education
- familiarity with the administrative needs of a Production Team
- experience in script handling and making timely amendments
- ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- resilience under pressure and ability to work across multiple time zones
- detail-oriented and organised
- thrives in a fast-paced environment and adept at multitasking
