Responsibility
- facilitate and improve the onboarding of new joiners to the sales team by ensuring they have everything they need to succeed
- own the Confluence knowledge hub set up and ensure it is kept up-to-date and accurate
- facilitate knowledge sharing between teams, capture best practices from sales, and foster idea exchange
- join sales calls to understand their requirements and get learnings
- evaluate new and existing tools, maintain existing tools, and ensure the usage of tools adds value
- conduct feedback surveys with sales team to identify areas for improvement
- organize team events to foster team building and improve morale
- apply strong motivation for continuous improvement
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, solution engineering, sales enablement or related field
- strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- experience with Confluence or similar tools
- proficient in Google Suite, CRM and project management tools
- ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems
