Responsibility
- responsibility for all financial aspects of learner records in line with ESFA guidelines
- manage ESFA incentive payments process from receipt of funds from ESFA to payment to employers
- identify and Invoice employers for ESFA co-investment payment
- preparing financial schedules to insert into standard funding agreements for Employers in line with ESFA guidelines
- managing changes in learning on learner records
- assist in financial aspects of the End Point Assessment process e.g. setting up suppliers, obtaining payment dates etc
Requirements
- experience of business administration systems
- an ability to demonstrate methodical working habits and an aptitude for analysing information
- experience of using database systems to input and retrieve information
- knowledge of the Apprenticeship funding methodology is desirable
- education background desirable
