  • majisign Ltd is a successful business based in Suffolk, designing, and manufacturing wooden display products in our purpose-built workshop
  • particular emphasis on the sales function providing technical details, product knowledge and quotes to customers
  • processing of sales orders and email confirmations
  • provide professional customer service support in person and via email or phone
  • identify customers’ needs, recommend appropriate products or services according to their needs
  • with emphasis on excellent customer service, we are proud to be working with the world’s best food, beverage, and hospitality brands for over 20 years
  • follow company policies and procedures, maintain personal professional skills, and work as a team with all team members to achieve common goals

Requirements

  • please note that this in an office-based role and flexibility to work from home is not an option
  • all applicants must have the right to work full time in the UK
  • experience of delivering great customer service preferably within a B2B environment, you will have worked in a similar role ideally in printing or other manufacturing business
