  • overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards

  • monitoring stock levels and placing weekly orders in conjunction with par levels
  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Maison Bleue restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh's beautiful Old Town
  • ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
