MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • major Account Management, supporting the and Managing Director in the effective management of the Customer contract
  • perform special projects at management's request
  • acts as ultimate point of escalation for the notification and resolution of operational issues
  • the monitoring of operational service delivery and standards by liaising between internal departments to comply with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • agrees sets and monitors responsibilities, targets and standards of performance with account operational staff
  • ensures effective management controls and relevant business processes are adhered to

Requirements

  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • educated to degree level in a relevant subject or qualified through experience
  • strong communication and public speaking skills
  • significant supervisory/management experience
  • ability to effectively collaborate with different people and work styles
  • strong commitment to service and quality
  • proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • ability to plan, organise, prioritise, and achieve effective time management
