- provisioning & delivery of all orders for fixed line, connectivity, and SIP/voice Services
- project management of customers’ orders, including providing detailed updates to customers via telephone and email
- ensuring all orders are kept updated with accurate notes on our CRM
- accurate and timely processing of all orders in line with our SLAs
- efficiently monitor and self-manage workflows both internally and externally with our suppliers
- we partner with some of the world’s leading technology companies and wrap around the skills and services from our professional and managed services teams, to help our customers achieve their goals
Education
- good educational background GCSE or equivalent
- previous line management and provisioning experience is essential
- you will be an organised and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a team
- previous management experience combined with previous telecoms provisioning experience is essential. Experience with suppliers such as Gamma, BT Wholesale, Talk Talk and Virgin Media would be desirable
