Responsibility
- you will need strong stakeholder management experience, great communication skills, along with a strong analysis of figures and trend analysis
- working in one of the most advanced automated warehouses in Europe we atre looking for a project engineer who is obsessed with continuous improvement and innovation
- reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be integral to our dynamic Automation Team. Your role is to leverage your technical expertise to drive process efficiencies through a wide variety of automated and material handling solutions
- collaborating closely with both the engineering, operations and management teams to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Requirements
- technical background with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies
- HNC/HND or Degree level qualification in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent experience
- proven experience in a similar role within an automation or related technical field
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the capacity to identify and implement process enhancements
- knowledge of compliance standards and procedures in a technical environment is preferred
- excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- 6 sigma, NEBOSH, Prince 2 would be an advantage but not essential
