maintenance technician
Responsibility
- you will be responsible for managing and delivering all contracted services within the Maintech Power maintenance portfolios
- this role requires you to be knowledgeable of switching activities, safe systems of works and receiving permits up to 33kV
- in this role you will be required to assist with ordering materials and liaising with clients to achieve planned and preventative maintenance services in line with the client’s contract KPI’s
- this includes using a variety of mechanical and electrical knowledge, skills and experience to inspect, maintain and test new and old electrical installations and distribution networks
- you will also be required to assist with fault locations on electrical installations and distribution networks and the ability to enact and schedule the required repair resources
- you will be required to assist with unscheduled maintenance and in some instances your skills may be required on construction projects which will be dependent on different workloads

- in a similar role and within similar industry: 3 years
