Mailchimp - do you know if they are looking for new people? How do you apply? Can anyone recommend this company?

Knowing the rank of Mailchimp, you'd assume they have great offices and benefits packages, but do they allow remote work? E.g. for employees of the marketing department, which is certainly very big. What kind of specialists are they looking for there?
