Responsibility

  • develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • create and maintain documentation for quality control processes and procedures

  • perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to address quality issues
  • monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
  • experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
  • proficient in statistical analysis software, such as Minitab or JMP
  • excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • 3+ years of experience in QA
