Responsibility
- install, maintain, and repair complex machinery and equipment at customer sites
- conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- collaborate with customers to provide technical support and address any concerns or questions
- must have minimum 5 years coffee machine field experience and worked on conti, la marzocco machines preferred. bonus franke and jura machines including la spaziale and many other brands
- train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- document service activities, including repairs, replacements, and parts used
- small family business, very relaxed atmosphere. mostly London work normal mon-fri 9-5. some jobs require an early or late start but rarely. weekend not essential
Requirements
- strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and logically
- effective communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear instructions
- detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in diagnosing issues and performing repairs
- ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
