  • the role is initially a 12 month maternity cover with the potential opportunity to be made permanent subject to performance
  • support Senior Account Managers with quotations and purchasing tasks
  • support in the co-ordination of despatch of orders to client via third party couriers
  • magna Signs manufactures and installs signage across UK for an extensive catalogue of blue-chip customers, whom we are proud to work alongside
  • be able to use Microsoft outlook efficiently
  • our company has seen considerable growth of late and are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join us to work alongside all the team at Magna to ensure the best possible service to our customers and stakeholders
  • answer the telephone and any ad-hoc administrative duties that may be required
