Responsibility
- magna Groups are looking for an Extended Schools Site Leader at a thriving primary school in Ealing
- this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Magna Team, overseeing the Breakfast, After-School, and Holiday clubs
- provide high level of care and enriching activities in a safe and caring environment in line with OFSTED statutory guidelines
- leading the day-to-day management and organisation of the Extended Schools provision
- the planning and delivery of a wide range of multi-activity sessions in line with Magna’s Specialist activities
- build strong working relationship with school leaders, carers and other professionals
- safeguarding and ensuring the health and safety of children and your team
- responsible for creating an INSPIRING, CAPTIVATING, ENGAGING and safe, fun environment for children and team members
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 in Child Care/Play work or equivalent
- proven experience working with a breakfast, afterschool, or holiday setting
- understanding of EYFS requirements
- understanding of Ofsted regulatory requirements for EYFS and Compulsory registration
- excellent communication skills
- to work as part of a team and be able to take responsibility for ensuring the success of that team
- recent and proven experience of working with children aged 4- 11yrs
- paediatric First Aid qualification
