magna Groups are looking for an Extended Schools Site Leader at a thriving primary school in Ealing
this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Magna Team, overseeing the Breakfast, After-School, and Holiday clubs
provide high level of care and enriching activities in a safe and caring environment in line with OFSTED statutory guidelines
leading the day-to-day management and organisation of the Extended Schools provision
the planning and delivery of a wide range of multi-activity sessions in line with Magna’s Specialist activities
build strong working relationship with school leaders, carers and other professionals
safeguarding and ensuring the health and safety of children and your team
responsible for creating an INSPIRING, CAPTIVATING, ENGAGING and safe, fun environment for children and team members

Salary

Requirements

NVQ level 3 in Child Care/Play work or equivalent
proven experience working with a breakfast, afterschool, or holiday setting
understanding of EYFS requirements
understanding of Ofsted regulatory requirements for EYFS and Compulsory registration
excellent communication skills
to work as part of a team and be able to take responsibility for ensuring the success of that team
recent and proven experience of working with children aged 4- 11yrs
paediatric First Aid qualification
